Vendor Policy

Welcome to our Attire. By becoming a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

1. Vendor Registration

  • Vendors must complete the no-obligation registration form accurately and truthfully.
  • After form submission, an online meeting will be scheduled to discuss terms and conditions and better understand your brand.
  • Approval as a vendor is subject to review by our team.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for creating and managing their product listings, including accurate descriptions, prices, and images. Our team is available to assist you in this regard.
  • Inventory Management: Vendors must ensure that their inventory levels are up-to-date and reflect the actual stock available.
  • Order Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for the timely fulfilment of orders, including packaging and shipping products to the Attire warehouse.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Commission: A commission fee will be deducted from each sale made through our platform. The commission rate will be discussed and agreed upon during the online meeting.
  • Payments: Vendors will receive payments for their sales on a scheduled basis. Payments are processed within 48 working hours after the sale is completed.

4. Customer Service

  • Vendors must provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing any inquiries, complaints, or issues from customers in a timely manner.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling returns and exchanges according to our platform’s return policy.

5. Prohibited Products

  • Vendors are prohibited from listing any illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items on our platform. This includes but is not limited to, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, items that are hazardous, and items that are restricted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors must own or have the right to sell the products they list on our platform. Any intellectual property infringement claims will result in immediate suspension or termination of the vendor’s account.

7. Platform Usage

  • Vendors must adhere to the guidelines and policies set forth by Attire. Any misuse or abuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a vendor’s account at any time for any breach of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason deemed necessary by our team.

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
