Refunds and Returns Policy

At Attire, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns. For assistance, please contact us at admin@attireapp.co.za.


1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or during sales are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Custom Art Pieces(Creative Studio): All custom art items are unique, one-of-a-kind creations and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your package.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original Attire carton packaging to qualify.
  • Important: If the original Attire carton is not used, and the product is damaged during transit, a fine will be applied.

3. Customer Responsibility for Returns

  • If a return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect size ordered):
    • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fees.
    • Estimated return shipping cost within South Africa is approximately R100 (from your door to our warehouse).
  • For refunds due to customer error, an amount of R200 will be deducted from the refund to cover original and return shipping costs.

4. Attire’s Responsibility for Returns

  • If a return is required due to an error by Attire, we will:
    • Fully reimburse all shipping costs, including the original delivery fee.
    • Ensure the process is quick and seamless.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • To book your return, email us at admin@attireapp.co.za with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

6. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 days.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@attireapp.co.za with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


8. Changes to this Policy

Attire reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
