1. Processing and Delivery Times

Clothing Items:

  • We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
  • Most clothing orders are delivered within 5 days (including weekends) after processing.
  • For orders placed outside South Africa, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Some clothing items are made to order. In these cases, delivery can take a little longer — usually 7 to 10 days from the date of purchase. We’ll keep you updated along the way so you know when to expect your order.

Custom Art: Delivery may take between 5 to 30 days, as these are made to customer specifications. Customers will be notified of the timeline after making payment.


2. Shipping Locations

  • The Attire Online Store ships globally.
  • Once an order has been shipped, an email will provide a tracking number.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Where applicable, weight and size may influence the cost. In cases where specific calculations are not required, flat rates will apply based on predefined shipping zones.
  • Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain threshold.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s status.


5. Custom Art Notifications

For custom art orders, customers will be notified of the expected delivery timeline after completing payment. This ensures clarity on the time required to create and deliver your unique piece.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@attireapp.co.za.
  • · Domestic Clients: If a shipment has not arrived within 20 days, we will consider it lost, issue a full refund, and work with the courier to resolve the matter.
  • · International Clients: For international shipments, the timeline extends to 40 days before being considered lost, after which a full refund will be provided and arrangements made to resolve the matter.
